Olga was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, making everything easy, stress-free, and understandable for this first-time cruiser. She also helped with making dinner reservations during our cruise and coordinated things between multiple parties sailing together. We LOVED the packet she gave us before sailing, including a day-bag, travel mugs to use on board, and a whole bunch of helpful tips that made our cruise the perfect vacation. My trip was simple...given that it was only for 2 people to San Antonio...but because it was during the Christmas season I wanted to make sure I had the most affordable costs. I was very pleased with Olga. We truly enjoyed ourselves being at a hotel in walking distance from the River Walk. Celebrating my 50th birthday in 2017, we are using Olga again for an Aruba trip. I would recommend her to anyone...also she is very patient and thoughtful. I did not expect a Christmas postcard...but that just shows her level of customer service. -P.B.
